The India results are just hilarious. India searched for news about 1) IPL 2) World Cup 3) CBSE results. Apparently as a nation we care about cricket and grades before Diwali, Lokpal Bill, earthquake in Japan, or bin Laden.
Also, Justin Bieber was more popular than Aishwarya Rai.

Just 4 days ago, a 7-year-old student of Ryan International school, Greater Noida, had won this year’s Doodle4Google contest. Today, on the occasion of Children’s Day, she can proudly show off her work on Google’s home page.
“Varsha Gupta’s doodle of the Google logo artfully depicts how India is a land of different cultures and music plays an important role in it. The doodle artfully represents many musical instruments that India has introduced to the to the world- Tabla, Sarod, Veena and Shehnai,” wrote Robin Joseph, Google’s Consumer Marketing executive on Google’s blog.
Explaining her doodle, Varsha says, “India is a land of different cultures. In India, music plays a very important role. India has given many musical instruments to the world.
